Join us as award winning Chef Sean Kettley of the NSCC Culinary Program walks us through the preparation of a delicious gourmet three course meal.  Then join us in eating it!  This month's menu will be announced shortly.

The $30 dollar ticket price includes all three courses and a great seat for an entertaining presentation of culinary expertise. 

Chef Sean hosts the class much like a live cooking show.  The presentation takes place entirely in the dining room, only steps away from your seat, and is very interactive with lots of opportunity to ask questions and pick Chef Sean’s brain.  Recipes for each of the evening’s dishes will be provided and you may take them when you go, allowing you to relax through the show.  All beverages are menu price, tax and gratuity are not included.
