It's official!  Finbar's 3 Cheese Irish Nachos took first prize in The Atlantic Fringe Festival's Best Nachos in Halifax Contest!  We just couldn't be more proud that not only did we receive the most votes to make the finals but that a panel of 8 judges chose our nachos over such big hitters as The Economy Shoe Shop and Mexicali Rosa's!  We were the only restaurant from off the peninsula to make the finals and judges said if we hadn't had so many votes from the online contest they wouldn't even have made the trip!  We'd like to thank each of our patrons who voted and also to congratulate the first runners up The Wooden Monkey, a great spot with whom we're proud to be mentioned in the same sentence.  That's us and our little Willow in the picture accepting the award at Neptune Theatre.
